That is the new title of Code Geass anime. Directed by Kazuki Akane and written by Shigeru Morita. The designer of Nightmare mecha still be Akira Yasuda. The story quoted from ANN:
The new side story is set in a.t.b.2017. A Knightmare unit made of boys and girls from Zone Eleven are thrown into a military operation with a 5% chance of survival. They must rescue an allied unit left behind on the European warfront.
I can feel the awesome strategy and tactical will be shown from that 5% surviving thing. There is no confirmed release date yet. Teaser trailer below:
